Provider Profile: A digital profile for providers on the Be On Platform, containing essential company details, serves as the foundation for growing your network both on the platform and beyond. It's your starting point for effective brand promotion.

Provider Settings: Enhanced customization and control options for Providers. Now, you can fine-tune your profile and personalize other crucial aspects of your experience. Soon you will be able to manage your team and adjust billing settings.

Content Security Policy (CSP): Enhances the security of the platform. CSP is like a protective shield that helps prevent malicious activities, such as cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks, by specifying which sources of content and scripts are trusted.

Improvements

Help and Tooltips: Added additional context in Designer to help Providers understand how they can use the various capabilities. Adjusted naming conventions in the Templates to improve usability.

Template Configuration: On new Templates, Form and Guided experiences have swapped places in Designer to align with the default user experience.

Fixed Issues

User Onboarding Agreement Acceptance Process: We've refined the user experience, especially for varying screen sizes and calculations, making the onboarding process smoother and more accessible.

Authorization Structure for APIs: Enhanced security and efficiency with an updated authorization framework for our APIs.

File Validation Approach: To bolster security and usability, we've updated our file validation approach. Now, only specific document types are permissible, including PDFs, Word documents, Excel sheets, PowerPoint presentations, text files, CSV, JSON, as well as certain image and video formats.

User Experience with Redirects: We've improved the overall user experience involving redirects, ensuring a more seamless and intuitive navigation across the platform.

Journey Experience: We've added a new button on the ribbon for quick and easy access to Provider Notes. This addition streamlines the user experience, allowing providers to seamlessly navigate between client journeys and their corresponding notes. We also have improved the usability of the "Guided" experience on smaller screens.

Client Experience: In the client module, a new button for "Provider Notes" have been introduced to the options menu.
